Soft chocolate cup cakes with buttery frosting. What is more stressfree than baking. And above all stressed itself says desserts when reversed.

Ingredients Serving: 9
1.5 cup APF
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
1 tsp coffee pwd
1/3 cup oil or butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp or a big pinch of baking soda
vinegar 1 tbsp
vanilla essence 1 tbsp
a small pinch of salt.
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup water if required only.
chocolate chips (optional ) I have added on top just sprinkles few
For frosting.....(only on 3 cups)
1 tbsp butter(room temperature )
1 heaped tbsp cocoa powder
2 drops vanilla essence
powdered sugar 1.5 tbsp
milk to adjust consistency as per ur choice if u want thick u can add less and if u want poring u can add but more.(I have used 1 spoon).
Instructions
Sift APF ,cocoa powder, coffee pwd, baking powder, baking soda for three times and keep aside.
In milk add vinegar and keep aside for 5 mins.
In a pan add oil,vanilla essence, sugar and beat .
Add milk mixture and beat again.
Add flour spoon by spoon n beat till u get chocolatey mixture.
if ur mixture is too hard add water spoon by spoon gradually to adjust consistency.
Pour in moulds till 3/4 .
I filled 9 cupcakes.
Bake in preheated oven at 160·C for 15 to 20 mins.
Cool on wire reck and do the frosting.
Mix all the ingredients mentioned for frosting and whip for few seconds pour in piping bag and assemble.(I have made little thin as my kids like saucy consistency...ie like chocolate drizzling from cupcakes )
