Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked rice 1 bowl
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Curd one bowl
  4. rye one teaspoon
  5. curry leaves 6-7 pieces
  6. Chop green chillies two three pieces
  7. Dhania Patta 1 tablespoon
  8. hing pinch
  9. Milk 2 teaspoon
  10. Chana dal 1 tsp
  11. Urad dal 1 tsp
  12. Oil 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a kadai heat oil.
  2. Add hing , rye, curry pta, green chilli. Saute
  3. Add chana dal ,urad dal. Saute till Crispy
  4. Add cooked rice Add salt Mix nicely. Off the gas
  5. Whisk curd till smooth Add dhaniya ptta
  6. Cool rice and Add whisked curd.
  7. Mix nicely Add milk. Cover for 5 min and serve.
