Ingredients Serving: 1
Basmati rice 150gms
Cauliflower/Brocolli small pieces
Onion 2 medium size diced
Yellow bellpepper 1/2 juliens
Green chillies 2 juliens
Lemon half
Soy sauce 2 drops
Extra virgin olive oil 1 tblspn
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tspn
Corriander for garnish
For Dal
Arhar dal 1/4 cup
Masoor dal 1/4 cup
Salt
Hing a pinch
Turmeric 1/4 tspn
Dry red chilly 1 pc
Garlic 6 cloves chopped
Curd wid cumin powder & salt
Instructions
Boil rice and let it cool
Take a pan and add oil to heat. Add onion and brocolli to the pan.Give a toss.let it fry then add salt and turmeric powder along with them add chillies and bell pepper and saute again.Squeeze half lemon to it and soy sauce drops .Mix rice to veggies
Garnish with corriander and tomato slices
For dal mix both the dals and add salt and turmeric to it.Add water and cook upto 4 whistle.
For tadka take oil ,heat it and add hing and dry red chilly.
Add garlic to it and finally when garlic change it color transfer tadka to dal and get a boil
Serve with masala dahi.
