ABOUT Daal ki Pakode RECIPE

Yummy and healthy Moong daal pakode we love eating in Rajasthan during rainy season or winters, spicy and delicious

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup soaked yellow moong daal (3-4 hours)
  2. 1/4 cup soaked white beans(3-4hours)
  3. 1 tbsp green chilly paste
  4. 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
  5. 6 black pepper and 2 cloves crushed
  6. 1 tbsp red chilly powder
  7. 1/2 tbsp fennel seed powder
  8. 1/4 tbsp garam masala
  9. coriander chopped
  10. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Grind the soaked moong daal and white beans in a mixer and process, don't add too much water .
  2. Take the mixture in a bowl and add all the ingredients and make a batter.
  3. Make pakodas and deep fry on medium flame until brown.
  4. Serve with green chutney
