Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl boil or leftover rice
  2. 2 cup butter milk
  3. 2 onion.
  4. 2 green chillies
  5. 1/2cup peanut
  6. Salt
  7. 1/4tsp mustard seeds.
  8. 10 kari patta.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl put rice
  2. Add salt n butter milk
  3. Stir well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan
  5. Add mustard seeds
  6. Put kari patta
  7. Put green chilli
  8. Add chopp onion n stir well.
  9. Add peanut.
  10. Pour tadka on rice
  11. Mix well.
  12. Ready.
