Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice 1 cup
  2. Moong Dal 1/2cup
  3. Salt as required
  4. Oil.as required
  5. Onion 1
  6. Tomato 1
  7. Sambar masala 2 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  9. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  10. Hing 1 tsp
  11. Garlic 3
  12. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  13. Urad dal 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak rice and dal for 30 min
  2. In pressure cooker heat ghee or oil.add mustard seeds,urad dal.add onion.saute it well
  3. After add tomato,salt,sambar powder, Turmeric powder,Garam masala
  4. Mix well.pour 3 cups of water.cook for 3-4 whistles.add some ghee and then serve it
