Fish is one of the staple food in kerala and they like to fry their fish a lot…This recipe is one of the typical keralan dish…I used coconut oil to fry the fish like the keralan do..but you can use any oil as you like..
It seems to be so yummyyy...
Take the fish fillets and marinate it with salt,turmeric and lemon juice.
In a mixing bowl mix chilli powder,coriander powder,ginger garlic paste,pepper,salt and lemon juice together and form a thick paste..If it is too thick you can add a little water to this..
Now apply this paste to the marinating fish fillets and let it rest for 30 min.
Heat coconut oil in a tawa and fry the fish on both sides till golden and completely cooked through.
Garnish it with onion rings and lemon .. Serve with rice..
