Best sidedish for idli and dosa, a quick chutney made with carrots.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Carrot 2
  2. Onion 1
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Garlic 4
  5. Ginger 1 inch
  6. Red chilli 2
  7. Channa dal 2 tsp
  8. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  9. Urad dal 1/2 tsp
  10. Curry leaves as required
  11. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. In pan heat oil add channa Dal,onion saute it well.
  2. Add red chilli,tomato,garlic,ginger,grated carrot.
  3. Cook for 10 min.
  4. After grind it.
  5. For seasoning:: In pan heat oil add mustard seeds,urad dal,Curry leaves,red chilli
  6. Spicy carrot chutney is ready
