This khichdi is a very tasty and healthy.This is one of the quick and easy recipe when i feel tired i make this for that one pot meal.

Heat a cooker pan, add 1/2 tsp oil. Add all lentis (dal), fry them for 2 minutes.
After add chopped vegetables, turmeric powder, salt,and 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder ,mix it
now add rice and give it a good mix . Add 3 cups of water and cover the lid , allow it 6 to 7 whistles.
when cooker is completely cooled, open the lid and give it a good mix.
Now take a pan heat 1tsp oil add mustard seeds and cumin seeds . next add red chillies and curry leaves, next you can add onion and garlic and fry it for few seconds. switch off the flame
Transfer this tadka in your Khichdi , garnish some coriander leaves . serve this Khichdi With curd and papad, salad as your wish. I hope you all would try this recipe of mine.
