ABOUT Masala Keema gobhi matar RECIPE

It is a different way of cooking gobhi. It tastes different from routine allo gobhi sabji. Cauliflower is also very nutritious vegetable. It contains calcium and minerals. It helps in weight loss and reduces the risk of cancer.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cauliflower 500 gm
  2. Green peas 1 cup
  3. Onion 1 chopped
  4. Ginger 2 inch
  5. Garlic 5 cloves
  6. Tomatoes. 2 large chopped
  7. Green chillies 2 chopped
  8. Salt 1 tablespoon or to taste
  9. Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Turmeric Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Garam masala 1/3 teaspoon
  12. Kitchen king masala 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  14. Coriander seeds 1 teaspoon
  15. Asfetoida 1/2 teaspoon
  16. Mustard oil 3 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Cut cauliflower into small pieces.
  2. Make a puree with onion, ginger, and garlic. Heat a pan and add oil when it is hot add cumin seeds , coriander seeds and asfetoida.
  3. When it starts spluttering add. Onion, puree and cook till it turns golden brown.
  4. Make puree of tomatoes and add to pan. And cook till masala leaves oil.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and both masalas. Mix well.
  6. Add Chopped gobhi and matar. Mix well so that all masala cover the raw vegetables.
  7. Cover the lid. Cook til gobhi becomes soft. Garnish with coriander leaves . your keema gobhi matar masala is ready to serve.
