This is a recipe of quick besan chila, that can be made for breakfast, for everyone.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup besan
  2. 2 chopped onion
  3. 1 green chilli
  4. Salt
  5. 1/4 tsp carrom seeds
  6. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1 tbsp oil
  8. Green coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Make the batter with besan and water in a bowl. Make sure that there are no lumps.
  2. Add salt and all masalas
  3. Add chopped onion, green chilli and coriander.
  4. Beat well.
  5. Heat non stick tawa
  6. Pour a ladle of the mixture onto the tawa to make the cheela.
  7. add little oil on the sides and Cook on both sides.
  8. Serve with mint chutney.
