Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Methi seeds sprouts 1 cup
  2. Jaggery 1 cup ( grated)
  3. Water 1/2 cup
  4. Rock salt 2 tablespoon
  5. Dry mango powder 2 tablespoon
  6. Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Aniseed powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Asfetoida 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Red chili powder 2 teaspoon
  10. Nigella seeds 1 teaspoon
  11. Raisin 15
  12. Dates 10 Chopped
  13. Mustard oil 2 tablespoon
  14. Lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Put the mustard oil in a pan. Heat it and add asfetoida to. It and add sprouts and fry it for 5 minutes and stir constantly.
  2. Now add all dry masala powder and give a stir. Add water to it cook till water absorbed.
  3. Now add grated jaggery and let it melt . Stir constantly and add nigella seeds.
  4. Add dates and raisins. Mix well cook for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice.
  5. Your methi ki launji is ready to serve.
