ABOUT Sevaiya pulav RECIPE

When you want to avoid rice but still want to enjoy pulao, this is the perfect option for the same, a delicious recipe of pulao made with sevaiya.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup vermicily sevaiya
  2. 2 tbsp oil
  3. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  4. 3 tbsp chopped onion
  5. 1 tsp chopped green chili
  6. 3 tbsp chopped capsicum
  7. 2 tbsp chopped tomato
  8. 2 tsp chopped green garlic
  9. 1 tsp soya sauce
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1 tsp red chili powder
  12. 1 tsp garam Masala
  13. 1 tbsp coriander chopped

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil
  2. Heat it and add vermicily sevaiya
  3. Cook till changes colour and take it out
  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in to pan and add cumin seeds
  5. Add green chili and onion
  6. Saute it for 2 minutes
  7. Add capsicum and tomato also add green garlic
  8. Add salt garam Masala and red chili powder
  9. Add soya sauce
  10. Add sevaiya and 1 cup water
  11. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes
  12. Serve hot
