Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Masoor n moong dal /lentils - 100 gms
  2. Chopped onion - 1 medium
  3. Chopped garlic cloves - 4 - 5
  4. Chopped green chilly - 1
  5. Butter - 1 tbsp
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Water - 500 ml

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan.
  2. Add onion,garlic and saute for 1 - 2 mins.
  3. Add masoor and moong lentils /dal and saute for 4 - 5 mins.
  4. Add water and boil for 9 -10 mins.
  5. Add salt and mix well.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot.
