Whisk the yogurt in a bowl ,add sugar and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Roast chana and urad dal ,until turns brown in color.
Now add mustard seeds,hing and curry leaves.
Add tempering to the curd .
In a serving bowl place 4 idlies
Pour tempered yogurt over each bowl.
Sprinkle little salt.
Serve immediately.
