Ingredients: 200 grm crumble paneer; 1 cup boiled corn; 2 tbsp rice flour; 3 grated cheese cube; 1/2cup corn flour; 1 tbsp oregano; 2 tbsp pizza mix; 1-2 cup bread crumbs; Oil for frying; 1 tbsp Butter; 6 onion slice; 6 tomato slice; 1/2 cup fun food bread spread; 3/4 cup water; salt as per taste

200 grm crumble paneer
1 cup boiled corn

3 grated cheese cube
1/2cup corn flour
1 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp pizza mix
1-2 cup bread crumbs
Oil for frying
1 tbsp Butter
6 onion slice
6 tomato slice
1/2 cup fun food bread spread
3/4 cup water
salt as per taste

Instructions

In a bowl/plate add crumble paneer,2 cube grated cheese,corn flour,rice flour and corn.
Add salt,oregano,pizza mix.
Mix all ingredients well.
Divided the mixture into 2-3 equal portion and make a patties.
In a bowl add water and remaing corn flour and make a slury.
In corn flour slurry dip Pattie and roll into bread crumbs mixture.
Coat all patties well from all the side.
Heat a oil in a pan deep fry each patti till they are turn golden brown in Color from both side.
Take the patties in absorbent paper.
Now cut each burger bun horizontally into two.
Apply some butter on both the side Of bun toast them slightly on tava
In a plate take lower bun and spread some fun food Bread spread on each bun halves.
Now sprinkle some grated cheese.
Place onion and tomato slice and patty add some more cheese on top of patty.
Again place some onion and tomato slice.
Apply some spread on upper bun.
And cover burger with upper bun.
Serve with mayonise and French fries
