burger buns 2 - 4
Wild and grated potato 2 cups
Mozeralla cheese shop in small cubes 2 tablespoons
Cheese slices 4
Butter 2 to 3 tablespoons
Wait comes to tablespoons
Bread crumbs 2 tablespoons
Tastemaker 2 teaspoons
Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
Mayonnaise as per requirement
Tomato sauce of per requirement
Tomato slices 10
Cucumber slices 10

Instructions
Boiled and grated potato 2 Cups, finely chopped Mozzarella cheese 1-2 tablespoon and some cheese slices
Breadcrumbs, tomato slices, onion slices, tastemaker and black pepper powder
Arrange all the required ingredients and mayonnaise
Regular burger buns
In a mixing bowl, take boiled and grated potato, taste maker, black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs and salt according to taste mix it well and prepare a homogeneous mixture
Now prepare patties of the ready mixture... keep 1 to 2 teaspoons of chopped Mozzarella cheese in the centre and seal the patties from all sides
Same way prepare all the patties by putting chopped Mozzarella cheese in the middle and security from all sides by sealing it properly
Coat the ready patties into breadcrumbs properly so that it coates for patties from all the sides
Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of butter on non stick Pan and Shallow fry all the patties till golden brown and crisp from both the sides . Keep turning and checking in between
By the time cut the burger Bun into two horizontal halves and generously apply mayonnaise on both parts of burger bun
On the bottom part of bun arrange cucumber slices and then keep Cheese slice
Now the patties will be ready
After his cheese slices, keep ready patties on it and then layer it with the slices of tomato
Lastly cover it with the top part of bun
Again heat some butter on non stick Pan and Shallow fry buns from both the sides for sometime
Put a toothpick in the middle of ready burger and serve hot immediately with tomato sauce
