Ingredients: Maida 1.5 cups; Yeast one teaspoon; Sugar one tablespoon; Salt one teaspoon; Warm water half cup; Milk powder 2 tablespoon; Cheese spread 5 tbsp; Pizza sauce 4 tbsp; Oregano 2 teaspoon; Chilli flakes to teaspoons; Mozzarella cheese grated one cup; Paneer onion another vegetables preferred half cup; Jalapenos 2 tablespoon; Olives 5 numbers; Butter 1 tablespoon

Maida 1.5 cups
Yeast one teaspoon
Sugar one tablespoon
Salt one teaspoon
Warm water half cup
Milk powder 2 tablespoon
Cheese spread 5 tbsp
Pizza sauce 4 tbsp
Oregano 2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes to teaspoons
Mozzarella cheese grated one cup
Paneer onion another vegetables preferred half cup
Jalapenos 2 tablespoon
Olives 5 numbers
Butter 1 tablespoon

Instructions

In a bowl add warm water and sugar and mix well until it dissolves
Add east and keep aside for activation
In a bowl add maida milk powder salt and mix well
Add activated yeast to the mixture
Knead well tour soft sticky dough
Keep the dough in a table add some butter and knead well for 10 minutes
Keep it in a greased bowl for fermentation
After an hour take the dough punch it I knead again
Divided into 1/4 and three fourth
The one by fourth piece should be rolled out to a roti
Inna hot dawa cook one side of the roti for 1 minute and the other side for 5 seconds
Take the three fourth and spread it into a pizza base with the fingers
Spread cheese spread over it and wet the sides with water
Stick the roti on the sides over the spread
Spread pizza sauce over the roti
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over it
Sprinkle some chopped olives paneer and jalapenos
Inna preheated oven at 220 degree Celsius make the pizza for 10 minutes
Let the pizza cool and cut it and serve
