I named it tawa pav bhaji because I prepared the pav bhaji in bombay style and it tasted yum, here goes the recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled Vegetables (green peas, potatoes, beans, mushroom, carrot, caulifower or any of your choice) - 1 Cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. White Butter - 1 cup
  4. Pav bhaji masala - 2 tbsp
  5. Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  6. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  7. Kitchen King masala - 1 tsp
  8. Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
  9. Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Coriander leaves - 1 cup
  11. Lemon juice - 1 small cup
  12. Onions chopped - 3 finely chopped for gravy and for garnish too
  13. Tomatoes, chopped - 2 medium sized

Instructions

  1. Boil all the vegetables of your choice with salt and mash them with hand masher and set aside.
  2. Heat a tawa, add 3 tbsp of butter on it, add chopped onions, tomatoes and 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste. Mix well till the onions and tomatoes are done.
  3. Add salt, all the spices and mix well. Add the veggies and mash well in the tawa and beat it with a spatula well till the masalas are well blended.
  4. Add 1 tsp of lemon to it, mix well. Finally transfer it to a serving dish, add chopped onions, coriander leaves and 1 tbsp of butter. Serve hot with pavs.
