Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat 100 gram
  2. Roasted bengal gram 30 gram
  3. Almonds 10

Instructions

  1. Roast wheat,almonds and Bengal gram separately.
  2. Grind it and sieve it.
  3. Store it in airtight container.
  4. For making Porridge::::1 cup of hot water add 2 tsp of powder.mix well.and serve it to your littleone
