ABOUT Chocolate Biscuit Cake RECIPE

It is a no bake cake biscuits cake. Recipe inspiration from a video by Home Cooking Adventures.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 packets Marie biscuits (100 gms each)
  2. For the chocolate sauce:
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  5. 1 Cup water
  6. 2/3 cup butter
  7. For Ganache:
  8. 100 gms whipped cream
  9. 100 gms chocolate
  10. Dry fruits for garnish
  11. Strawberry for garnish

Instructions

  1. Roughly break the digestive biscuits or marie biscuits with hands. Keep aside.
  2. For the sauce: Heat the ingredients of sauce in a pan and let sugar dissolve completely and stop when the sauce boils and bubbles up.
  3. Pour the sauce onto the biscuits and mix.
  4. Place all the mixture in a spring form tin and press it.
  5. Let it set in the fridge for a while.
  6. Prepare the ganache by heating the whipped cream and pouring it over the chocolate.
  7. The chocolate will melt and mix them to a smooth ganache.
  8. Pour it over the cake prepared and let it set again.
  9. Garnish with dry fruits and strawberry.
  10. Carefully demould and enjoy.
