Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pearl millet : 1 cups
  2. Idly rice or normal rice : 1 cup
  3. Urad dal : 1 cup
  4. Salt

Instructions

  1. Soke Pearl millet, urad dal, rice for 2 hours
  2. Grind it to make smooth batter
  3. Add salt and required water and mix well
  4. Heat dosa pan, pour batter in the pan and spread it evenly in a circle shape.
  5. Cook until it is golden brown on each side.
