Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm minced mutton
  2. 1 cup green pea
  3. 2 onion chopped
  4. 2 tomato chopped
  5. 5 green chillies chopped
  6. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  7. 1 bay leaf
  8. 2 cloves
  9. 2 cardamom
  10. Cinamon 1 stick
  11. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  12. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  13. 2 tsp coriander powder
  14. 1 1/2 tsp garam masala
  15. 1 tbsp kasturi methi
  16. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker heat oil. Add bay leaf and whole spices.
  2. Add onions and sauté well. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté till raw smell goes away.
  3. Add chillies and tomatoes. Cook till mushy.
  4. Add powdered spices and salt. Cook well.
  5. Add peas. Mix.
  6. Add keema mix and cook till the oil separates.
  7. Add kasturi methi.
  8. Add 1/2 cup water.
  9. Close lid. Cook for 5 whistles.
  10. Serve hot.
