ABOUT 2 in 1 Cake RECIPE

Flavour of vanilla and cocoa together.

Maida 1 1/2 cup
Curd 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence a few drops
Sugar 1 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder 1/4 cup or lill more

Instructions

Mix maida, baking powder and baking soda. In another bowl mix sugar, milk, curd and oil.
Then mix both the batter. Divide it in 1:3 ratio.
Then mix in one part cocoa powder. And mix vanilla essence in second (more) part.
Grease a tin and sprinkle maida then tap out excess maida.
Pre heat the oven at 180 degree centigrade. Pour cocoa batter first then bake it for till half done.
Then add the rest of the batter and bake it till your toothpick or knife comes out clean.
