ABOUT Cheese veg burger RECIPE

Burger buns stutted with mix vegetables patties and tomato onion cucumber and cheese slices.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. 1 cup cauliflower florets
  3. 1 cup green peas shelled
  4. 10 french beans
  5. 1 inch ginger chopped
  6. 4 green chilli
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/2 cup refined flour( maida)
  9. 1 cup bread crumbs
  10. Oil to deep fry
  11. 4 bread buns
  12. 4 cheese slices

Instructions

  1. Boil carrots, cauliflower, green peas and French beans. Cool and then mince finely.
  2. Add mashed potatoes, ginger, green chillies and salt and mix well. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape eachportion into a round pattie.
  3. Make a thick batter by mixing refined flour and water. Dip each pattie in the batter and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan and deep fry the patties on medium heat until golden brown. Drain and place them on an absorbent paper.
  5. Cut bread buns into half (horizontally). Keep on pan until a little crisp.
  6. Apply butter, put the vegetable burger in between the bread buns, top with a slice of onion, cheese slice,tomato and cucumber and serve immediately.
