Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup poha
  2. 1 potato
  3. 1 onion chopped
  4. 1 chilly chopped
  5. 8-10 curry leaves
  6. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  7. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. 2 tsp peanut
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1 tsp sugar
  11. 1 tsp lemon juice
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Hit 2 tbsp oil in a pen add mustard seeds cumin seeds curry leaves,chilly,peanuts add one large potato which has been chopped.
  2. Saute the potatoes.add turmeric powder,chilly powder ,salt .
  3. Add poha,and lemon juice.which is washed with water.
  4. Garnished with coriander.
