Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Basmati rice 1 cup
  2. Cardamon 2
  3. Cinnamom stick 1
  4. Cloves 2
  5. chopped onion 2
  6. Tomato 1 and 1/2
  7. Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp
  8. Ghee 2 tsp
  9. Oil 3 tsp
  10. Grated carrot 2
  11. Green peas 1/2 cup
  12. Green beans 5
  13. Fried capsicum 1/2
  14. Biryani masala 3 tsp
  15. Chilli powder 2 tsp
  16. Garam masala 1 tsp
  17. Coconut milk 1/2 cup
  18. Water 1 cup
  19. Curd 5 tsp
  20. Coriander leaves as required
  21. Mint leaves as required

Instructions

  1. Soak basmati rice for 1 hr.wash and chop all the veggies and keep aside.
  2. In pressure cooker heat ghee and oil.add spices.saute Onion till golden brown colour
  3. Add ginger garlic paste.wait for 3 min and add tomato ,salt,chilli powder,biryani masala ,curd and all veggies.mix well.
  4. Now add water and coconut milk,wait for boiling.after add rice and coriander leaves.wait for 1 whistle.after add fried capsicum and mix well.yummy healthy biryani is ready.
