ABOUT moong sprouts salad RECIPE

Sprouts are very nutritious and wholesome as they contain multivitamins and many minerals essential for all ages. The process of sprouting brings out many enzymes making the grains easy to digest.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup sprouted moong
  2. 1 medium onion
  3. 1 medium tomato
  4. 1 tsp chaat masala powder
  5. 1/2 tsp black salt
  6. 1 tsp lemon juice
  7. coriander leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chop onion and tomato .
  2. Add both these to sprouted moong.
  3. Add black salt and chaat masala powder.
  4. Add lemon juice.
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve.
