Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 potato
  2. Cabbage 1 small cup
  3. Onion 1 small cup
  4. Tomato 1 small cup
  5. Capsicum 1/2 small cup
  6. Spring onion (1/2 and 1/2 cup)
  7. Tomato ketchup 2-3 tbs
  8. Red chili sauce 1-2 tbs
  9. Vinegar 2 tbs
  10. Soya sauce 2-3 tbs
  11. Red chilli powder 1 pinch
  12. Black pepper 2 pinch
  13. Cornflour
  14. Oil for frying
  15. Salt

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes and wash them.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges. Add cornflour and mix well.
  3. Deep fry the potatoes till golden brown and keep it aside
  4. Take a non stick pan, add 2 TBS oil and add all the veggies in pan including (1/2 cup spring onion)
  5. Saute for 3-4 mins. Add salt, black pepper, ketchup and red red chili sauce
  6. Saute for 2 mins. Add soya sauce and vinegar and again saute for 3-4 mins.
  7. Then add fried potatoes to this pan and mix well.
  8. Garnish it with spring onion (rest 1/2 cup) and serve hot
