Take a vessel and add enough water and let it boil
Add the Amla and boil for 2 mins
Remove the Amla and grate them
Take a big glass jar add the grated Amla and add the ginger powder on top
Now add the sugar on top and close the lid
Next day you will see the sugar all melted and Amla floating
Let it stay for 1 more day
3rd day Amla will settle in the bottom
Drain the sugar water
Dry the Amla in sunlight for 2 days
Sprinkle powdered sugar and store in airtight container
Add sugar
