Lemons are rich in vitamin C. Fresh lemon juice added to a large glass of water in the morning is great to detoxify the liver. Honey prevent cancer and heart disease. Garlic reduces Blood Pressure. Mint leaves helps to digestion.

  1. Lemon : (1/2)  juice
  2. Honey : 2 tsp
  3. Grated ginger 1/2 inch
  4. grated garlic 2 pods
  5. Mint leaves
  6. Warm water

Instructions

  1. In a cup add lemon juice, grated garlic, grated ginger, honey
  2. Add warm water and mix well
  3. Add mint leaves.
  4. Leave it for 2 min
  5. drink as it is.
