Drumstick leaves will reduce the sugar level in the blood. The swelling in hand and legs, Constipation are prevented. The juice of drumstick leaves reduces body heat. Drumstick leaves dishes are the best medicine for mother’s milk secretion and good food for pregnant women.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Drumstick leaves
  2. Mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp
  3. Cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp
  4. Red chilly ; 1
  5. Turmeric powder : 1/2 tdp
  6. Pepper powder : 1 tsp
  7. Grated Coconut : 4 tsp
  8. Salt
  9. Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed and cumin seeds. Let them crackle for a minute and add red chilly.
  2. Add drumstick leaves, salt, pepper and keep saute for 2 mins.
  3. Add Some water and cook covered for 10 mins.
  4. Add grated coconut and switch off the flame.
