Ingredients: 1 cup kaju powder; 1/4 cup water; 1/2 cup Sugar; Few drops of rose essence or kewra essence; 1 tsp red and green food colour

1 cup kaju powder
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup Sugar
Few drops of rose essence or kewra essence
1 tsp red and green food colour

Instructions

Take a wok add water and sugar and make 1 thread consistency syrup, now add essence and kaju powder to it. Cook for 10 minutes.After it leaves the side of wok it means it is ready, now transfer onto a big plate. Take some ghee in your palm and knead it into a smooth dough.
Divide this dough into two parts mix red colour in one part and mix green colour in second part now from red dough form strawberry shapes and from green dough make petals. Chill and serve.
