Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Salt 1/2 tsp
  3. Ghee or oil as required
  4. Milk 5 tsp
  5. Water as required
  6. Sugar 1 tsp
  7. Rice flour 4 tsp

Instructions

  1. In bowl add flour,salt,sugar,water and mix well
  2. Knead the dough by adding milk and water and knead very well 
  3. Keep aside for 15 min.
  4. Now divide the dough and make Small size balls
  5. dip this ball into rice flour and keep on rolling board and roll it and sprinkle rice flour while rolling.
  6. Now heat tawa and put chapathi add ghee on the corner and center..cook both sides.
  7. Now it's ready to taste with gravy
