Healthy and nutritional value recipe ,you can serve as breakfast,brunch ,lunch or for dinner.Chicken breast is light low fat and rich in protien,boiled beans rich in high fibre contents and good source of protien vitamins and minerals,potatoes are rich in potassium and helps lower blood pressure.Balanced diet recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. to marinate :-chicken breast - 2 (400 gm)
  2. chilli flakes - 2 -4 tsp
  3. rosemary - 1-2 tsp
  4. salt,pepper to taste
  5. Olive oil - 2 tsp
  6. lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  7. Potatoes - 200 gm
  8. Green beans - 100 gm
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. oil to cook - 1 tbsp
  11. any sauce - to decorate or to dip(american ranch)

Instructions

  1. Rinse, drain the chicken breast.Marinate the chicken breasts with above said ingredients and keep aside for at least half -1 hour.
  2. Heat grill pan,add oil, place the chicken breasts ,turn and cook till done.
  3. Boil potatoes and beans ,then stir fry it in the chicken grilled pan for a minute.
  4. Then cut the chicken breasts into slices, serve with boiled potatoes and beans.dressing with american ranch.
