ABOUT Pan grilled chicken RECIPE

Quick and simple protein based dish. Can be served as lunch, dinner,starter or even as finger food.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken breasts 4 nos cut into halves
  2. Garlic 6 cloves chopped finely
  3. Ginger 1 inch grated
  4. coriander powder 1tsp
  5. Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Fresh coriander, thyme finely chopped as per taste
  7. Butter milk/ yoghurt 2tbsp
  8. Olive oil 2tbsp
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients and let it rest for 15mintutes before you heat your grill pan.
  2. Then grill them on medium to high flame. Flip them frequently to acquire desirable result.
