Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Ripe Avacado
  2. 1 glass milk
  3. 1tbs honey/ sugar/ jaggery
  4. 4-5 Almonds

Instructions

  1. Cut the avacado
  2. Take out pulp
  3. Add avacado in blender
  4. Add milk
  5. Add honey
  6. Add soaked n skin removed Almonds
  7. Blend into smooth paste
  8. Your milk shake is ready
