A very yummy breakfast which always my mother cooks in making variations

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl elbow macaroni
  2. 1/2 bowl boiled corn
  3. 1 bowl of chopped veggies like onions, tomatoes, and cubes of paneer
  4. salt and red chilli powder
  5. Tomato ketchup sauce
  6. Bread crumbs to garnish
  7. strawberry slices to garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil elbow macaroni by adding 1 spoon salt and pinch of oil.
  2. After 10 minutes macaroni will become soft and cooked
  3. Drain the excess water. Pour 3-4 mugs of cold water over it and add pinch of oil so that macaroni doesn’t stick and keep aside
  4. Take a pan. Add 1 tbsp oil. Now add chopped veggies and paneer cubes.
  5. Add salt and red chilli powder with tomato ketchup
  6. Finally add macaroni and bread crumbs
  7. Serve it hot
