Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup corn
  2. 3/4 cup suji
  3. 1/2 cup curd
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 1/2 tsp haldi
  6. 1 tsp ginger paste
  7. 1 green choped chilli
  8. 1 sachet eno
  9. For tadka
  10. 1tbsp oil
  11. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  12. 7 curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Boil corn and made paste in mixi
  2. Take a bowl and add corn paste
  3. Add suji and curd
  4. MIx all of them finely
  5. Add haldi and salt
  6. Add ginger and green chilli
  7. Now for tadka heat oil
  8. Add mustard seeds
  9. When splutter add curry leaves
  10. And mix tadka in batter
  11. Now take moulds and fill them with batter three quarter
  12. Steam them in steamer
  13. When cooked cool little
  14. Then de mould them
  15. Ready to serve with chutney or sauce
