Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 Big red carrot
  2. 2 green cardamom
  3. 2 big spoon of watwr
  4. 1.5 cup milk
  5. Sugar or honey as per requirement

Instructions

  1. Peel your carrot
  2. Grate from medium side
  3. To a pressure cooker, add grated carrot, cardamom, water and cook on slow flame till 1 whistle
  4. Let the whistle release
  5. Open the top and add milk
  6. Let it cook slightly covered for 5 minutes
  7. Add honey or sugar just before turning flame. Adjust according to Carrot sweetness
  8. It's ready to serve
