Pure vegetarian dish without Onion and garlic

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Vegetables,200gms
  2. Paneer,200gms
  3. Oil,4teaspoon
  4. Kaju, poppyseeds, sesame paste,4teaspoon
  5. Ginger grated,1teaspoon
  6. Jeera powder,1teaspoon
  7. Dhania powder 1teaspoon
  8. Chilly powder 1teaspoon
  9. Salt
  10. Haldi powder 1teaspoon
  11. Currry leaves
  12. Green chilly
  13. Corriender leaves
  14. Tamato

Instructions

  1. Fry all vegetables and paneer and keep aside
  2. In remaining oil put whole jeera slit green chillies Curry leaves and crushed ginger
  3. Add cashew poppy seed and sesame paste to it
  4. Add chilly powder jeera powder and corriender powder turmeric powder and salt to taste
  5. Add tamatoes and fry till cooked
  6. Then add veggies and paneer to it
  7. Add water 2cups and cook for 2mins.
  8. Add corriender leaves and garnish serve hot
