its a South Indian breakfast recipe made of split white lentils/ dhuli urad daal

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. White split lentils/dhuli urad ki daal 200grams
  2. salt to taste
  3. one onion small
  4. ginger piece half inch chopped
  5. oil to fry 200 grams
  6. one green chilli

Instructions

  1. soak daal for two hours
  2. grind to a paste in a mixer
  3. keep to ferment a little
  4. batter should not be runny a little on thicker side
  5. after keeping for 5 hours whisk it to make it airy
  6. heat a pan add oil n heat it
  7. add salt chopped onion ginger and green chilly
  8. wet one palm take one ladle ful spread it in a circle
  9. make a whole in middle
  10. make six like this
  11. serve hot
