Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 8 ready made kachoris
  2. For the Kadi : 1 jug butter milk
  3. 1 cup besan
  4. Salt
  5. 1/4tsp mustard seeds
  6. 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  7. 1/4tsp fenugreek seeds
  8. 1/4tsp red chilli
  9. 2 dry red chilli
  10. 1/4tsp turmeric powder
  11. Green coriander [handful]
  12. Pudina chutney

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter milk with salt, turmeric powder.
  2. Heat oil & put fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds
  3. Dry red chilli & red chilli powder.
  4. Pour the batter.
  5. After 1 boil ,cook on simmer till done
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves
  7. Arrange Kachoris in a platter
  8. Pour kadi on it
  9. Garnish with pudina chatni.
