A yummy upma for breakfast made with sago or tapioca pearls.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup sago or tapioca pearls [soaked overnight in water]
  2. 2 boiled potatoes
  3. 2 tomatoes
  4. 2 green chilli
  5. Salt
  6. 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  7. 1/4tsp red chilli
  8. 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Drain the soaked sago.
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Add mustard seeds
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and green chillies.
  5. Cook it
  6. Add boiled potatoes.
  7. Add salt and red chilly powder.
  8. Now add sago and stir well.
  9. Sprinkle lemon juice. Serve hot.
