Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200gms sago
  2. 2 medium size potatoes
  3. 2 medium size tomatoes
  4. 100 gm roasted peanuts
  5. 2 table spoon oil
  6. 2 green chillies
  7. 1/4 tea spoon cumin seed
  8. 1/4 tea spoon black pepper
  9. 1 tea spoon lemon juice
  10. 2 tea spoon sugar
  11. Rock salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and keep the sago for 2 to 3 hours.
  2. Heat the oil in kadhai and put jeera and green chillies into it.
  3. Now add grated potato and tomato in it.
  4. Cover the kadhai with the suitable plate and put the gas on medium flame.
  5. Cook it for 5 to 7 minutes.
  6. Adding sago mix it well.
  7. Add salt, pepper and sugar at the same time.
  8. Cover the kadhai again.
  9. Check the poha after 5 minutes.
  10. Add lemon juice and turn off the flame.
  11. Mix roasted peanuts well and serve hot.
