This is Makar Sankranti Special, potato side dish.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled potatoes 5
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  3. Sesame Seeds 1.5 tbsp
  4. Cumin 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Coriander powder 1.5 tbsp
  7. Red chilli 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  9. Amchoor powder 1 tsp
  10. Fresh coriander 2-3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok. Add Cumin. When it start crackling add potatoes.
  2. Cook till potatoes get golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and cookeep for 2 minutes.
  3. Add sesame seeds. , Salt, coriander red chilli and rest of the ingredients.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes and garnish with fresh coriander.
