This is a yummy recipe of vegetable cutlets, that can be served for breakfast as well as snacks for the evening with tea.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cabbage [grated] - 1/4 th cup
  2. Carrot 1 grated
  3. Potato 2 boiled
  4. Onion 1 chopped
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  6. Bread crumbs 2 breads
  7. Oil for shallow frying
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Capsicum 1 grated
  10. All purpose flour 1 -2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Grate all veggies finely
  2. Boil potatoes, mash them and add all the chopped veggies to it.
  3. Make any shape of cutlet you desire
  4. Make solution of all purpose flour by adding water
  5. Prepare bread crumbs by grinding bread in a mixer
  6. Dip cutlets in all purpose flour
  7. Put them in bread crumbs
  8. Now shallow fry them in oil
  9. Enjoy with red/green sauce
