Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup soyabeans
  2. 1 cup moong sprout
  3. 1 cup Bread crumbs
  4. 1 spoon Garam masala
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/2 tsp chilly powder
  7. 1 tsp ginger chilli paste
  8. 2 spoon corn flour
  9. Oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Soak the soyabeans in the water overnight.
  2. Next morning take the soyabeans and moong Sprout, grind them using a mixer grinder.
  3. Then mix all the above ingredients.
  4. Make tikki.
  5. Shallow fry on the pan with oil.tikki is ready.
  6. Serve with green chutney and red chutney.
  7. Serve hot.
