This is again a traditional dish of parathas made with bathia leaves.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 cup wheat flour
  2. 2 cup bathua
  3. 2 spring onion
  4. 2 green chillies
  5. Salt
  6. 1/4tsp cumin seeds
  7. Oil

Instructions

  1. Blanch and make a puree of the bathua leaves.
  2. Knead a dough using wheat flour adding green chilles, chopped spring onion,salt,cumin seeds and the bathua puree.
  3. Make a smooth dough and rest it for few minutes.
  4. Now divide the dough into equal roundels, roll them each to form the parathas.
  5. Cook the parathas on both the sides with little oil drizzled. Serve hot with some pickle and curd on the side.
