ABOUT Paneer Bonda RECIPE

Traditional Breakfast Recipe of my home town, crispy pakodas made with paneer.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer 250gm mashed
  2. Onion 1 chopped
  3. Green chilly 2 chopped
  4. Bread slices 4
  5. Salt according to taste
  6. Pepper a pinch
  7. Coriander powder 2 pinch
  8. Ajwain 2 pinch
  9. Coriander leaves 1 spoon Chopped
  10. A bowl of water
  11. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Into the mashed paneer.
  2. Add all the spices.
  3. Chopped onion, chilly. Coriander leaves.
  4. Mix all well together.
  5. The stuffing is ready for the bread filling.
  6. Take a slice of Bread.
  7. Just dip into the water and out the bread immediately.
  8. By using your both hands.
  9. Squeeze the slice
  10. Then into the wet bread slice.
  11. Take a half spoon of paneer filling.
  12. Into the middle of the bread
  13. Fold the slice gently
  14. Make a nice clear roll
  15. And deep fry it
  16. Serve with tomato sauce
